The Multi-SIM service allows you to connect a parallel card to the main interface, the mobile phone interface. The parallel card uses the same phone number as the main interface. The service facilitates the daily use of mobile phones and smart watches. For example, you can receive messages sent to one number and make calls on two different devices.

How to Setup eSim in Mobile Phone (iPhones and Android phones):

iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
  4. Use your iPhone to scan the QR code that your carrier provided.

Android:

  1.  go to Settings > Mobile network > Operator
  2.  select Add operator
  3.  use your camera to scan the QR code on your eSIM pack and once recognised your eSIM will automatically begin downloading

Activate eSim again on new phone if you lost your eSim enabled phone

When you install eSim first time, it will ask you to setup userid and password. So the same userid and password can be used on another mobile to activate your eSim profile (without changing mobile number). This process is more secure than currently available physical sim.
