Sautéed Water Spinach to treat Insomnia

Sautéed water spinach can be a perfect dish for people who desperately need a good night sleep. In fact, sautéed water spinach is very easy to cook as well. You can cook this dish for your dinner within minutes.

The ingredients needed to cook sautéed water spinach are 250 grams of water spinach that is already removed from the stem, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

 

You need to sauté the crushed garlic with the vegetable oil on a frying pan for a few seconds. Then, you add the oyster sauce and fish sauce into the pan. The next thing you should do is add the water spinach and cook it for 5 minutes. If it is not salty enough, you can add salt as well. The sautéed water spinach would be a perfect dish for your dinner.
